Can I add products myself?
Not with the Basic Online Shop package. It does not include an admin dashboard. Future product changes can be requested from TCL for an additional fee.
How many products are included?
Initial setup includes up to 10 products. Additional product setup can be quoted separately.
Does it accept GCash?
The standard package can provide manual payment instructions such as GCash, QR Ph, or bank transfer. Automated payment processing is not included.
Does it include online card payments?
No automated payment gateway is included in the standard package. Gateway integration requires additional scope or a custom quotation.
Can I have an admin dashboard?
Yes, but an admin dashboard is an upgrade beyond the Basic Online Shop package and requires scope and pricing review.
